Adobe Stock Contributor Lied about free creative cloud all apps 1 year membership

I signed up for adobe stock contributor about six months ago. When i signed up they had a banner on the top that said if you upload 300 video files and they are all accepted they will give you a free 1 year subscription of creative cloud all apps. I spent time flying my drone and editing all my videos so that I could hit the number. I submitted over 300 that were accepted and I never recieved the promotional email that i was supposed to. I have been waiting for months and still nothing. It is even more annoying that i keep seeing email from creative cloud about promotions but they are just spam messages offering me a slight discount or one week free. 

 

I tried to reach out to adobe and no one responds. Its complete bs because i literally put time aside to hit the number and now I dont have anything to show for it. 

 

What a rip off.

Hi, I have submitted more than 300 images (and acceptance rate was more than 50%, as per the requirements of the promotion) to Adobe Stock and I have received creative cloud photography plan for free. I also had to contact Adobe first to get the bonus, and here is the email I have received from the representative from Adobe:

I checked my spam and I never received an email. I also submitted over 300 videos which should give me the creative clouds all apps for one year. 

 

I have sent them several emails as well. I think it is because I had inquired about the creative cloud solutions prior and now they still want to try to sell them to me. 

 

They keep sending me promotions for a percentage off but its frustrating because it is supposed to be free. I receive all the promotion emails but nothing about the one year.

Then, might be you were not among the first 2000 video contributors. Because Adobe issued a one year subscription to the full Creative Cloud only for the first 2,000 video contributors who reached 300 accepyed items. Anyway, I hope that they will do the same giveaway this year as well.

The banner advertising the promotion was showing on my adobe stock profile for two months after I had submitted all the videos and they were accepted. The frequently asked questions said that it takes about two months for them to send the code. I never received the code. If I was after the 2,000 video contributors it is very misleading that they still advertised the promotion for two months after that.

Update - I mailed contributors support and chatted with regular support. Now they have sent me a code. Thank you
