Adobe Stock Credits haven't renewed this month

Hi,

We use Creative Cloud for Teams which comes with 10 credits a month for use on Adobe Stock. this month, however, we did not get our new credits.

We initially bought Creative Cloud for Teams on 4th Jan 2019, so we still have exactly one month left on this order, and should still have 10 credits to go before it ends. Additionally, I am definitely signed in on the company profile and not my personal one on Adobe Stock.

Any help will be appreciated. We need these credits urgently and I would rather not have to purchase any more when we should still have 10 left.
