Adobe Stock error when accessing Libraries

Getting the error " We couldn’t load your libraries. Try again by viewing all libraries." when trying to access stock libraries on the website.  It's not a sync issue, all my libraries are up accessible on the desktop apps, but I cannot access the libraries or add photos from the website.

Chrome on a PC tried a couple of other browsers and got the same error message.

Could you please try the workaround posted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-... and let me know if it resolves this issue or not?
