Adobe Stock file is small, blurry and pixelated

This is regarding file name AdobeStock_100522028. I have tried to open it in Photoshop and Illustrator and it is small and pixelated. It can't be used in any form or fashion for today's content creation. I'm looking to get a refund on this item. Thanks you!

In Illustrator? It's a vector file, and it can be scaled “endlessly” in Illustrator.

Hello, I'm not able to reproduce the issue. Possibly try re-downloading the asset for free and then open it in the latest version of Adobe Illustrator and see if that fixes it for you?
