I tried the Adobe Stock Free Trial because I needed to download a HDRi file for my 3D Modelling project, the file name said it was the right type. I signed up for the trial and then downloaded it, only to realise it was false. I have tried since then to cancel my trial but there's no option to cancel. How do I do it?

Hi @Ferdinand5E1F,

Was there a problem with the file you licensed? Was there an issue with the download?

No, I downloaded it fine, the file type was just incorrect, I believe it was either JPG or PNG when it should have been HDR maps.

As of my knowledge: HDR maps, whatevever file format this is,are not supported by Adobe stock. JPEG files are flat 24 bits (8bits/channel) files, as PNG files are also 24 bits and are supporting transparency (and a different compression).
