Hi Adobe Support Community, I had 100 image credits to use until end of February 2021 when I cancelled my subscription to Adobe Stock, we are the 28th of February (19:00 Paris local time) and all my image credits have disappeared. Could you please explain if the cancellation date is until midnight 00:00 local time or earlier ? I paid for theses 100 image credits, made my purchase selection and just before the subscription deadline... everything colapsed. Could you please bring me your support ?

Hi Adobe Support Community, my subscription is nr. ADB055727064FR and its remaining few hours before the deadline (End of February, 2021). Nevetheless my 100 image credits already gone !?
Could you please help me to purchase on Adobe Stock until the subscription ending ?

AS stated in the subscription conditions, cancelling your subscription voids the remaining credits. It's like a mobile phone contract with free minutes. As you cancel., the accumulated free minutes are forfeited at the end of the contract.
