You aren't talking to Adobe here, or to anyone who saw your image. There is no right of appeal, but if you feel like sharing your image, the experienced people here may be able to help you understand better how to do business with Adobe as a supplier.
Sorry, completely misunderstood. You mean a caption is wrong. The photographer who submitted the image must have made a mistake. This isn't Adobe customer support though. With 100 million images it may be hard to find the one you mean without a number.
