Can anyone tell me how I can get a credit back on a vector image that's not fit for purpose? There seems to be no option on Adobe Stock. I downloaded an ai. file of clouds that supposedly has a clear or removable background but it doesn't work. Ended up chancing another image from a different source and it worked perfectly....
