Don't post your personal info here. You are not engaging with Adobe employees. You can use the chat icon in this page to reach out directly to Adobe. If not successful with the chat bot, type "agent" in the chat box to reach a real, live person.

Which membership have you paid for? An Adobe Stock subscription? If you have a valid subscription, when you click to license the image, you will be able to download a version without the watermark.

The Adobe watermark shouldn't be there in the first place and there should be nothing to remove. What kind of "membership" did you subscribed to? If you mean one of the Creative Cloud memberships, they do not come with a subscription to download stock images.

If you do not have a stock subscription, you are limited to the free collection. If you want to test the stock subscription, you can do so by taking the subscription, with the first month free. You will need to cancel before the end of the test month, if you would rather not have an annual stock subscription.

If you intend to license assets occasionally, you can buy credit packs for stock. Please be aware that they have an expiry date attached. The credits are only valid for a year.

I paid a $155 so I am sure I have a stock subscription, therefore refuse to
pay more. My subscription is not up until April 2025.

I am sure you can see my subscription to double check for yourself. My
email address is:

Hello @default17f1disl72o1 - I checked your profile, and it appears you have Adobe Acrobat subscription. I dont see a Stock subscription linked to your account.

Thank you and after paying $156, I would have thought I had access to
everything. It's all good, my subscription ends mid-March. I will not renew
it.

Thanks

No, stock is a separate subscription. You can have access to the free collection, however.
