Adobe Stock Keeps asking to Update Payment Details

Hi...my account says it has 40 images available but when I try to download a file it says that my payment failed and that I need to update my payment info. I've done that for the past two days but it still isn't working. Please help! Thanks, Cam

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock subscription-40 images a month(month-month) plan on 16 Mar 2018. The subscription is in a suspended state due to payment issues.

I also noticed that you have been trying to update your card details, however, we are not being able to charge from the card. I would request you to contact our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support?
