I have reported this issue a number of times already. Just letting you know that nothing has changed. French language it is. EVERYTHING is set to English in my OS (Win11pro), all of my apps, including the CC.
The Adobe Stock site language is tied to the country associated with your Adobe ID, which is Belgium. It has been reported to the product team that just because you are in Belgium doesn't mean you want the site to be in French and they are aware of the issue.

Yes, they have been aware for years now. My problem is that they don't do anything about it! Nothing has changed.

Next major update to the CC app, or so it looks anyway...
Now I can search Stock photos from within the app. Only to find out I get taken to, again, the wrong language. You just don't care, Adobe. At least be honest about it.

The implementation is botched. And as an American company, the language is not an issue (from the POV of an American). But you know that.

Belgium allows for English, French, and Dutch settings, but for a reason unknown to me, the system nearly always falls back to one specific language.
The language you chose in the region settings is not sticky.
It's the same for me in Luxembourg.
It's not logic to tie the language to the region of your Adobe ID. But I know that is an overall choice for all www.adobe.com. But in Belgium, some people are upset if the language is wrong. The topic of language is extremely thin-skinned. Furthermore, there is also a German-speaking population in Belgium. Europe can be very complex.

I don't care about the linguistical stupidity in my country. But I am paying a lot of money for a professional product and this makes it seem very amateurish. And how hard can it be to solve the problem? A few cookies?

IMHO, but I may be wrong here, the trouble is, that Adobe tries to reset the region you are in. Because the region is quite important on other issues. For stock there seems to be somewhere a problem, Adobe manages to do this well for buying a plan,
You may not care, but the problem seems to be rooted in the unusual handling of the languages. It's an explanation, not a solution.
And you may be well aware, that cookies are not always the solution to all problems, especially in the times of GDPR. I wont discuss this, as it is not exactly my range of knowledge.

Maybe this issue is associated with the Stock problem?
After a software update you get a screen that let's you see the new features, with a 'learn more' button.
Clicking that button takes you to the US site, where you get this screen (in Dutch, see att.) Everytime! While logged in. Just thinking along with you, because the problem may be reported a long time ago, the CC software has been updated a few times, but the Stock issue is still there.

That's just a typical screen, when you try to access a site that is not in line with your IP address. When I travel to France, it wants to show me the French site, when I travel to the Netherlands, it wants me to show the Dutch site.

I know that. That's not the point. I am not travelling, I am behind my desktop which only moves during an earthquake.
EVERYTIME I come to the Adobe site from within the software, I get this screen, while I am logged in! That is just plain stupid and annoying.
For a company with eg. Dreamweaver in their portfolio, that is very amateurish!

First, that has nothing to do with the product and second, it is even very professional, as I'm not getting forced to see the help files in my region. I love to check websites in different languages and for different regions.
Your problem is, as also it's mine, and I agree that that is a bad solution, that Adobe ties the region to the language, instead of treating those two parameters independently.

We could go on, but I won't. We both know what we mean. Kind regards.
