Hello,

I was not having a trouble to download any free content couple of hours and days ago from Adobe Stock as you can see below.

Screenshot 2021-02-12 000144.png

However, i am not able to download any free content at the moment, because of  "adobe stock not available in region" error keep appears any time i want to download something. I've paid for this service and i have been licensing/downloading/using it without any problem until now.

I would like to underline that the fact i have already licensed/downloaded content. So, this is not about the region. I will be very happy if you can fix this error urgently and provide me a solution.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @MERTT,

I'm sorry you are having trouble. Could you provide me with the asset ID that you are not able to license? Is it more than one asset?

Hello again,

I can say that any asset I would like to download gives this error. Is there any daily download limit that may I have passed already and the system automatically gives this error?

Thanks

Yes that is likely the case. Because Adobe Stock doesn't support your region at this time you will see this message when you've reached the daily free quota limit.
