I have an Adobe Creative Cloud + Adobe Stock license through my work organization, have checked that the license was correctly provisioned to my email address, and am unable to access Adobe Stock. The other Creative Cloud applications all work, but when I navigate to Adobe Stock, I'm registered as "no plan" and am prompted to begin a free trial. What could be going on here?

Contact your IT dept to find out why you can't access your employer's Adobe Stock plan.
If it's a personal plan that you pay for, log-in to your account below to confirm your status is active.

As you have a Teams or an Enterprise account, the best method to solve this is to contact your IT support and let them resolve the issue. They can, if they can't get at the bottom of the problem, contact Adobe customer care via the admin console. If you are a plan administrator, you can do that on your own.

Hi @Bryan23720969iiu4 -Sorry for the inconvenience . Are you still facing this issue ? Could you please check to see that you are logged into the team profile and not personal profile .
