Adobe stock missing assets

My debit order failed to go off last month and this month but was immediately rectified the next day. What I have noticed is that I have not been allocated assets. If I am correct I am missing 40 assets. Who do I contact about billing queries?

You should contact customer care on the subject. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
