Really dissappointed that when you leave Adobe Stock they won't allow you to keep the stock credits you've already paid for.  I have 31 credits to use and I can't sustain to keep paying the montly fee, but I don't know what I need them for yet!? Such a money grabbing techinique to keep you subscribing. I already have CC, why would you stop a customer from keeping the credits they have paid for? Your products and customer service is great but this a real low blow.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there a way of keeping the stock you paid for?

I just had the same experience. I had 12 images left on my account, and could not renew because the project I needed it for was over. The smaller monthly plans only allowed 3 images a month, and I needed 10.

I just got finished with an Adobe chat rep who told me that as well. Then again, it did warn me I'd lose access to remaining images when I cancelled.

This is pure greed, IMO, and am slowing moving away from Adobe as I can. In the meantime, I'm sharing this with all my clients and collegaues. Adobe won't change their policy until enough people get fed up to hurt their bottom line.
