I received a notice on 09.05 that my stock credits will expire in 15 days, which will be tomorrow. Since then I try to use the credits and download images. But unfortunately it does not work. Every time I get an error message
No download packs available
although there are credits left. Can you please help me and maybe to change the period until the credits expire, since I couldn't use them because of the error message?

Please contact Adobe customer care. I would have contacted them the first day, I had the problem.
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
