I'm trying to update billing info (update our expired CC) via Chrome.

The message is "Your plan has expired. Please update your payment details to reactivate it."
I've tried multiple times updating the credit card info, however, the alert persists.

Now I'm trying to update again, and the error message is

"An error occurred

We’ve encountered an error processing your information. Try submitting again, or use a different web browser."

I tried in IE, but to no avail.
Pweeez help!

Hi D. T.,

I'm sorry the option to purchase standard assets was removed from the Adobe Stock site some time ago. I apologize for the confusion this has caused you.

I am also getting "your plan has expired" message.  I'm using the same credit card I use for my plan.  It hasn't expired.  Why does this happen every month?!

Hello D.T.,

Where are you this expired message? Is it when you are trying to license on the Adobe Stock website?

I have an On Demand Stock account and it says it's expired.  This has happened several times.  Same credit card I use for Cloud subscription.

Hello D.T.,

Are you seeing the message on the Adobe Stock site when you attempt to license an asset? Or is it only on your Account page? If you are able to license assets on the Adobe Stock site then you should be fine.

When I try to purchase stock, my only options are for subscriptions, not On Demand.  Usually, there aren't any options it just charges me the on demand rate.

Well that sucks!!  I use a couple of images a year.  Why on earth should I be forced to pay for a monthly plan when I already have a creative cloud subscription?

CC and stocks are 2 different things. You can buy credit packs for non-subscription stock purchases.
