To whom this may concern,
Since I have no other way of contacting the adobe team this is the only reasonable way I can go, I was charged with $79.99 TWICE, and that I was unaware of the fact that I even had Adobe Stock, is there any way I can possibly get a refund on the purchase since I did not even know I had Adobe stock? I only bought the photoshop plan and I personally think that Adobe Stock is not needed.

Using the Adobe ID that you are using here on the forums I see that you purchased extended licenses for two graphic images. In order to have purchased an extended license you would have specifically chosen this license type before clicking the Buy License button. There was no double payment. There were two different assets licensed.
Please sign into the Adobe Stock website and open the menu under your name and click License History to see exactly what you licensed.
