On March 4th, 2024, while looking for an image on Adobe Stock, I noticed that they had removed the option to exclude AI-generated images from the search results. Additionally, I was unable to locate the options to filter between photos and illustrations. It appears that without the filter, at least 50% of the results are generated by AI.
I found the problem. You have to filter the search by "images" before entering the word for search. Then when the results show, the filter column will display "subcategory", only for the category selected before.

No, the filter is still there:
I checked with photos and video.

It's a bit messy. Glad you did find a solution.

It's still there. I collapsed the filters above it to make it easier to see here:

Others have reported this issue, but for the vast majority of buyers, the filter is visible.

I still see the filter. Does it help if you clear all the filters? How about logging off and back on? Or try from a different browser?

Do you have an add blocker active? What does clicking clear bring up?
Try a different browser, to see if there is a difference. It's not only that the “exclude AI” filter is gone, there are plenty of options gone.

Thanks for the suggestions! Eventhough I find it incredibly annoying I'd have to restart, relog, clear cache, remove adblocker and to try different browsers simply to find a filter hidden within another filter. It does now show up again.
I hope Adobe will include this filter again in the basics in the future lol.

It's not an Adobe issue. It's an issue in relation with the browser, as the same users reporting the issue, are able to use the filter with a different browser on the same machine. Or, we can use the same browser, and it works just fine. So somewhere in the browser configuration is a problem that Adobe cannot anticipate.

It's there for the rest of us - there's something in your system configuration causing filters to not be displayed...
