Adobe Stock Subscriptions are unreasonable

So I needed a photo. I signed up for the basic three image plan. I forgot to cancel and paid for another month, got 3 more licenses. That was my fault.

But now without using most of my credits, If I cancel I lose my credits. This is ridiculous.

And I know this is clearly mentioned on the Adobe Stock page. But I think this is a horrible policy. I chatted with adobe about it (I'vee attached chat images) and expected nothing to be done. But I wanted them to know how I felt about it.

A few years ago at adobemax they gave all f us a bunch of credits. This is very easy stuff to do, but of course the reason is to keep people subscribed. Not cool Adobe
