Hi,

We have a paid license for Adobe Stock. But lately the downloading of pictures has been insanely slow. Right now, after i click the license button it takes about ~45 seconds before the picture starts downloading.

I've deleted my library's but that didnt help. I deleted my browser cache, didnt help.

When i make a new account is downloads really fast again. So i think it lies in the license history. We have almost 10000 pictures in there. Could that be the cause for it being so slow? And is there any way to empty the license history or make our account faster? Right now its undoable and not worth the money we pay.

The problem may also be with the library the asset gets loaded to. I suppose 10000 assets is a lot, but as there is a 750-assets/month subscription, getting to that number is possible easily. Let's look if @WendellaBee has a solution to this.

If you mean the libraries? I have deleted all libraries and created a new one to download pictures to. And true, we have a 750 asset per month subscription. I hope there is a solution as we need lots of pictures per day, and time is money and if we have to wait ~45 seconds for 1 photo to be downloaded that is gonna be alot of money sadly.
