Adobe stock vector to svg or eps

Hi! 

I downloaded a couple of vectorized files in the adobe stock. The program I'm using only supports EPS or SVG, so I can't import an AI file. 
When trying to convert, I only get error messages. How can I use/convert this AI files? I'm really blocked. 😞

Illustrator is what you need for AI files.

Normally I can open AI files or convert them to svg or eps, but not the AI files of the adobe stock. What is the difference? And is there a way to also use the adobe stock files? I paid for those files...

You can't open AI files in Adobe Illustrator? If you're using a non-Adobe app, it may just not be up to date with the latest AI features.
