I downloaded from Adobe Stock for 8 plan credits each what I thought were editable mogrt files or something of that nature, but all it gave me are mov files and it's not even an Alpha Matte with transparancy. I took screen shots of what these assets were. Is there any way to use them in my Premiere or After Affects projects? Thank you so much!
Katherine
In your license history, it does say file type mov and not mogrt.
I dont think these mov's are very useful to you.

Update: I was able to take the black background off with a Luma Key but the one with "glowing pink neon animation of movie credits" is still useless because how can I find the exact font with the exact effects? I still can't believe this junk was 8 plan credits. 🙂

It's a video. For videos, you can download the preview, and you see exactly what you get (watermarked). All HD videos are plan 8 credits for you, or the corresponding $ value.
FYI: HD videos never have an alpha channel, 4k videos may have one, depending on the codec used. Generally speaking, alpha channels are not supported by Adobe stock, also for 4k video, so they may be included, but there is no guarantee.
