How many keywords do you usually use for AI-generated images, and do you prioritize single-word or two-word keywords for better sales?

I don't submit AI images, but keywording for such images isn't different from other asset types. I use an average of ~30 keywords, the most important of which are placed in the first 10 keyword positions. Compound keywords should only be used if they are a phrase that is commonly used, such as "blue sky" or "ice cream".
