ai files wont import into Signlab 10

I pay for adobe stock only, most files easily import into signlab 10 but certain ai files will not import into signlab, how can i sort this problem please?

You will probably need to have access to Adobe Illustrator to be sure to be able to open any Ai file.

Could you give the id of one that worked and one that didn’t so that I may analyze the difference between both!
