Hi, I'm trying to download illustrations in jpeg, but the files auto the download to ai. The file type is availalbe in both file types and my setting are set to jpeg. Can you please advise?
On the Adobe Stock website click on the center of the thumbnail of the image/asset you want to download. This will open the asset details. There is a Settings options above and to the right of the blue button. This will allow you to change your defaut download setting.
Yes, I'm aware of the settings option, as mentioned on my first post. My settings are set to jpeg but the asset auto downloads in ai. Though it states there are jpeg file options. An example below that only downloads as ai.
