I just had a payment problem for a couple of days and I just made a payment yesterday.
new credit (10 credits) has been applied but my previous remained credits are all gone.
Please restore my credits ASAP.

I just checked your account and it seems that the billing issue still persists.
Please Contact Customer Care so that the billing issue can be rectified and once your subscription is activated the credits will appear in your account.
