Bonjour, 

 

Je souhaite annuler mon abonnement suite à un essai de adobe stock mais lorsque je tente la manipulation j'ai un message me demandant de régler le paiement de 35,99 € alors que j'ai simplement voulu tester le service.

Il est important de préciser que je ne paierai pas cette somme.

Je souhaite donc savoir comment désactiver cet abonnement et/ou supprimer mon compte car pour le moment adobe m'empêche de le faire.
