Are you allowed to use a screen grab jpg of a licensed video from Adobe Stock?

Hi All! I just wanted to check whether you can use a screen grab from a licensed video as a jpg asset? E.g. making a video for a client and them wanting to take a screen grab of a frame and use it on their website. I cannot find anything in the help pages online so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I do not see a provision forbidding this. For me this would be rightful use of a licensed asset.
