Licensed a stock image and the adobe watermark is removed however the image still contains the orginal artists labeling when its downloaded. Not sure how to continue about getting it removed.

These are vector assets and the unfortunately labelling will stay when you download the JPEG file. You will need to download the Ai/EPS/SVG files and work with them in Illustrator.  If you have access to (a recent version) of Illustrator, it's not a problem. If you don't have Illustrator, you may take the 7 days trial subscription (don't forget to cancel) and convert from Illustrator to JPEG or any format you need. If that is not possible, you will need to find someone doing the transfer for you. It's probably not a big deal, but it's a nuisance and when you can't use Illustrator, it makes the asset (any such asset) unusable.

If nothing works for you, you will need to get your credits back and choose a different asset.
