Hi, I am a little bit confused about the licencing conditions of stock footage.

Currently we make a little report on forest decline and want to use some video footage from adobe stock (picturing trees and forest)

Now, the licence conditions state, that we have to include attribution for Stock Assets designated as "editorial use only".

The Assets we need do not have such a designation. They are offered as standard, enhanced or extended licence. Does this mean, we do not necessarily have to include credits?

Thank you,

Ron

This may help. Stock videos typically come with an "Enhanced" license:

Even assets that are not marked "editorial use only" may be used editorial-like. I suppose that attribution is required. I should do that in the credits section of your film.
