Hallo,

ich habe gerade ausversehen ein Premim-Image für 499,99€ (ID: 578262238) gekauft. Es wäre schön, wenn es da einen Warnhinweis gäbe, denn üblicher Weise  kosten die Bilder ja 2,99€.

Leider gibt es kein Kontaktmöglichkeit, weshalb ich es hier im Forum poste. Ich bitte darum, die Besellung schnellstmöglich zu stornieren – ich werde das Foto nicht verwenden!

Aber den Warnhinweis gibt es ja! Du hast ihn nur durchgeklickt. Es ist nicht leider möglich, eine Lizensierung rückgängig zu machen.

Das mag sein, das ich das getan habe – keine Ahnung.

Bitte was, jetzt bleibe ich auf knapp 500 € für ein einziges Bild sitzen? Wie lächerlich ist das denn? Ich bitte um einen telefonischen, deutschsprachigen Support-Kontakt, um das zu klären. Das kann ich ehrlich gesagt nicht akzeptieren, es muss ja eine Möglichkeit geben, das Ganze zu stornieren. War es ja in der Vergangenheit bereits, wenn ich andere Foreneinträge so lese.
