Auto-Download does not work (but auto-download is set to on/active)

When licensing a picture, auto-download doesn't work (auto-download is activated/on). But the picture doesn't get downloaded automatically.

When choosing re-download of the just licensed picture, the download works.

Our company users are complaining about having to re-download each new licensed picture because of auto-download not working.

Are there any known issues with auto-download function?

Happens identical in Chrome, Internet Explorer Browser and Firefox.

Popups are enabled for stock.adobe.com

Are there any more settings needed, to make auto-download work again?
