Hello,
I have purchased the trial of Adobe stock.
The trial has ended but the case here is that my computer was damaged so I couldn't check my emails in order to cancel the trial period. I have already purchased adobe suite and I don't want any more to use Adobe stock. I have used it only in the trial period. Now Adobe withdraw another one month package payment for using adobe stock. Please confirm and validate that I didn't use adobe stock in this period.

Could you please cancel this package for free?

Thank you in advance.

This is a user to user forum. You have a subscription of Adobe stock, it's like your phone subscription. You pay for the service to be able to use it, not exactly the effective use.

As you have again control over a computer, you can self cancel by going to https://account.adobe.com/plans and select “Manage Plans”. You can cancel there.

If you have trouble cancelling, you can always contact Adobe customer service: Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

For support via Twitter:

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
