I'm a loyal Adobe customer and paying for Adobe Creative Cloud for about 3 years now. Last month I decided join also Adobe Stock Photos annual subscription - 10 "free" images / 1st month.
Today the payment for the next month was issued and no problem with that, I kept downloading images when I needed them. But when I wanted to download another photo, I didn't see it was written "Premium", and clicked on it ONCE, since I was sure I still have downloads within my subscription.
IMMEDIATELY a payment of 609.99 EUROS was sent to my PayPal, which is connected to my bank account. I tried to cancel it immeditely, but it doesn't have the "Cancel" button. It is basically a SCAM, since you're not allowed to double check what you're paying for.
I opened a refund case on PayPal, will see how it goes, but I WON'T leave it like that. What kind of reputation Adobe wants to have???!!!!
