In April 2020 I accessed and downloaded Creative Cloud apps from my school districts resource page. At that time I was able to "see" Adobe Stock and picked up a couple of images there as part of a trial.
I did not go back until recently and now find that I have been charged monthly AND I cannot access Stock because it is not part of my school's subscription...... Looking for a place to cancel, cannot even find my credit card info..... Not sure what happened and no luck with the phone number on my credit card statement.

Is it possible you have an account under a different email address? You'll want to sign into https://account.adobe.com with the email address associated with the account you are paying for. If you require additional assistance please contact customer care https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html but you'll need the email address associated with the subscription.
