So I have to pay 1 793,75 SEK (about 175 Euros) for cancelling a thing I never wanted either used. I just wanted the photo plan (software, PS mostly).

The first bill was way more (35+10 euros) than the 10 euros/month, so I wanted to cancel it as I dont use it much.

My mistake was I choosed yearly. Im Okay to pay the 500 sek (50 euros) penalty for cancelling the photo plan but then I realize I "have" a stock plan also (that was the 35 euros difference in price) and it´s almost 200 euros to cancel it.

What kind of shady-scam practice is this????

When are goverments stopping this kind of scams!!!!????

Hi @Svensk Smith,

I'm sorry for your situation, but I need to correct some of your claims:

  • You took a Photography plan and a stock plan (you need actively to check a box to get it, so you selected that).Abambo_2-1639565568579.png

  • The Photography plan is ± €10 depending on VAT.

  • The Stock plan is €35.

  • It is called annual plan, paid monthly.
  • The cancellation terms are clearly shown in the terms and conditions that you have accepted at the moment you place your order.

It's difficult to sustain your claims of scam. The €35 are clearly shown. The terms and conditions where one click away. I recommend next time to read the terms and conditions before taking a subscription.

All this said, I recommend that you contact Adobe customer care. If, as you said, you did not use the stock service, I'm sure that Customer care can offer a solution that is acceptable for you.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.
