It been few month i Paid for adobe stock and didtnt not notice now i want to get rip of it and they charging me a big FEE !!! over 200usd !!

You did take a subscription of Adobe stock, or you would not get charged. Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans to check your plans and check your e-mails. You will see that in one of the Adobe mails, Adobe informed you that you took a stock subscription and at what date you would expect to be charged, if the subscription would not get cancelled before.
As a side note: getting a charge during a few months, without looking at it, is not proof of sound financial management.
Please contact Adobe customer service to resolve this matter. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Did you actually read the terms of the free trial before signing up? It is quite clear that if you don't cancel within the trial period, your agreeing to a non-refundable annual subscription.
