Hi! I bougth a supscription for 19.99$ per month in 2015 yr. The next year my credit card was charged for $32.84 and than - 54$ and 58$ Every year the price is going up! I never gave my consent for it to auto renew into another annual plan. I have never received a renewal email with all the renewal price details. The last email I have received from Adobe dated 03/19/2015. In total I have been charged over $2,000 for Photoshop programm (home use). Beware of their subscriptions and annual contract and know what you are getting into.

My guess: Looks like you subscribed to all apps, not just Photoshop. You got the special 1 year offer, which then rose to the normal student price. Then, you failed to confirm you were still a student so next year it went up to full consumer price. I get several emails a day from Adobe, check your spam blocker.

Thanks! I check my Spam folder every week. When the payment was failed, Adobe's email was delivered without a problem.

They also don't allow canceling automatic renewal of yearly plans which is WRONG.
They make you purchase a product ahead with no way to cancel except in the 30 days of purchase.

This is incorrect. You have several options. If you choose a month-to-month plan you can cancel at any time. If you choose an annual plan you can cancel within 30 days of purchase. With an annual subscription you agree to pay for the subscription for one year. It is spelled out on https://stock.adobe.com/plans and in the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you created your subscription.
You can manage your subscriptions from https://account.adobe.com and if you require additional assistance you reach out to our customer care team: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
