HI, I have subscribed for a free trial of AI but when I've ended my trial, Adobe is still charging me for something I didn't signed up for. Adobe Stock - 10 assets a month. It's bothering me I have to pay for something I didn't even use. please send help, I can't even cancel this subscription since it says it's already due.

It's not a billing mistake. You have taken with your Adobe Illustrator subscription also the 30-days-free stock subscription. You needed to cancel that at the end of the test month. You now have an annual subscription to Adobe Stock.
Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans, click “manage plan” for the stock plan and cancel. If you cancel during the first 14 days of the paid subscri

It's not a billing mistake. You have taken with your Adobe Illustrator subscription also the 30-days-free stock subscription. You needed to cancel that at the end of the test month. You now have an annual subscription to Adobe Stock.
Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans, click “manage plan” for the stock plan and cancel. If you cancel during the first 14 days of the paid subscription, you will get an automatic refund. If you cancel after that date, you have to pay an early termination fee of half of the remaining due for the annual subscription, and you will get no refund.
In the latter case, you may try to contact Adobe customer care and negotiate your exit. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
