Blank Stock Screen!!!

New Here ,
Mar 21, 2017 Mar 21, 2017

Hi

Can anybody tell me why when I try to access the stock images page that I only get a blank screen? Regardless wether I look for an image or try to register to upload an image I click the relevant link, a new web page opens and states that its the adobe stock page in the web address but all I have is a completely blank page! Have I got something setup wrong?

Thanks in advance

I have the same issue on Windows 7. Updated Adobe CC and Chrome/Firefox.

My Windows 10 machine is fine. I tried workaround and still nothing. Complete blank screen. What in the world is this all about? It's the only part of the Adobe site I can't see and coincidentally the only one I actually need right now as I need to download stock images for a project ASAP.

Maybe there's away to adjust the site so that it isn't blank. This is painfully annoying.

Hi RR, there are two workarounds listed in the link above. Did you try both of them?

Yes. Funny thing. It works all of a sudden after restarting browser for 5th time. Just out of the blue. Weird.

Strange, but now I can work. Thanks!

2025 and it still an issue. That link is dead too, of course.

Well, that's 8 years ago. In the meantime, Adobe changed the forum software and the URLs changed.

May be you should also state your computer and browser. The old issue was in relation with Safari on macOS. So changing the browser may help. Some users also reported that there was an issue with the third party virus check.

And finally, when I had this issue, it was simply that the firewall was blocking some of the required networ nodes.

May be @Liza5C0C knows how to bring back the old pages referred here, well, if the solution described there is still valid.

Thanks Sheena, workaround 2 sorted it for me on MacOS Sierra.
