Bologna - dissatisfied with my experience

I won't be downloading these assets and would prefer it to be canceled compltely out and issue a  complete refund. I was not aware that there was a clear distinction of standard and premium assets. I know you have a lot of digital content and no reason for price gouging. Adobe should be ashamed of themselves. I'm not going to search out your system to just find out I need to pay additional $10 to get what I really want. Nope, not going to play this monkey pooh. Now I canceled my Adobe Stock service. Email says will officially expire 16-October-2020. I'm not going to use your service but would appreciate an immediate closure and refund. My email is [REMOVED BY MODERATOR] . The only reason I'm even going through this forum is due to the communiction armour to get word to Adobe you have in place. Additionally, I have used all of your products in the past but will refuse to do so in the future.

You recently closed a 3 asset monthly subscription. Plans can be found here https://stock.adobe.com/plans. After you use your monthly allotment you can buy additonal assets per your plan. On your renewal date you'll receive your monthly allotment of 3 assets. For your plan additional assets are $9.99 a month. If you were subscribed to a different plan the asset price would be different. The monthly plan allows you to cancel at any time with no early termination fee, which you have taken advantage of. 

 

I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with your experience with Adobe Stock. It seems that you had different expectations from what was described in the terms you agreed to when you signed up.
