Bought 300 credits for business but don't want them now. is there someone who wants these?

I have an account in which I purchased 300 Adobe Stock Credits for USD 2400 but now my business shutdown due to Covid so I was wondering if I can give that account to someone else? because I don't want them to Go to waste as I won't be using them at all.

Credits are not transferable. Accounts are not transferable.

But May I know why, Why can't I just give someone else my Email and Password so they can use the credits before they expire.

That would be a breach of the contract you agreed with Adobe, where you agreed they are not transferrable. In the event the downloaded stock would not belong to the person who you had shared the credits with, leaving them in the position of being in violation of copyright.
