( bug ? ) Can't buy any videos or pack on adobe stock

Hello - this 23 november 2021 - I would buy 3 videos on adobe stock...and I can't do it.... When I push the button ' buy' I have an error message on the top ( see the picture on link).
I have this when I would buy a video directly, or when I buy a pack ( 40 token).

I use Safari and Chrome..Windows and Mac .... but nothing happend....

It's my account issue or the website ?

Hi .... yes, sorry no time with full time job....
and yes problem resolve.... I have a contact with phone the first dday and via email......
And this morning .. I can buy credit pack...enfin !!!!! 
Just one week for buying 3 videos .... not user friendly 😉 bad experience with adobe stock ..sorry.

Hope never again.

Sorry about that, but did you try to contact customer care? Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
