buy Team-Credit-Packs to become Admin and create a Team?

Dear Adobe Support Community,

I would like to buy a Team-Credit-Pack in order to be accessed by my team for buying Adobe Stock media. How can I create a team in Adobe Stock and how can I or one of my teammates become admins? Do we have to first buy the credit packs?

Other than that: Is it possible to have more than one admin?

I'm not clear from your question: are you already customers for the Adobe Teams product, with each of your people already having an individual, paid, team membership to Creative Cloud?

No, we are not customers of Adobe Teams. Would that be a requirement in order to use Adobe Stock for persons within the same company?

To purchase Credit Packs for a team from https://stock.adobe.com/teams you'll need to first set up a team that has Creative Cloud products. You may do this from the Business tab of this page: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

Hello @Sophie'sTeam,

did you get a solution. I think I have the same question, by running a very, very small team/company I just want to buy an Stock Credit Pack. But not as single person on my personal name, but on the name of our small company. When trying to buy as team here https://stock.adobe.com/de/teams, I get a message that I am not an admin account. That's right. And by searching how to get an admin account, I only find instructions how to buy any subscriptions. But I do not want to subscriibe any product plans. I just want to buy a so called "TEAM-CREDIT-PACKS" on this page https://stock.adobe.com/de/teams

Do you get it done?

If you did, do you did by contacting the support as described by @EvilBugQueen1? Or can a customer by him self buy "TEAM-CREDIT-PACKS" without starting any product subscriptions before?
