Buying a plan oustide US

Hello. I am trying to buy a plan for Stock images but it requires a US state and zip code. Is it possible to buy a plan outside the US please?

Is your credit card a US one? It should be possible for Malta to buy a stock plan.

It's a mastercard. The problem occurs when it asks me for the address. Only us states are available. I also tried with PayPal but no luck.

Your Adobe ID, the email address you are using to sign into the Adobe Stock site, is set up for US not Malta. You'll find instructions here for changing the country associated with your Adobe ID. https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/change-country-associated-with-adobe-id.html

Thanks for your reply. However, on the payment page there isn't a dropdown menu showing the countries. There is just a dropdown for US states.

You have to visit the link I provided and follow the steps there to change the country for your Adobe ID. You chose US, not Malta, when you created your Adobe login associated with your email address.

I followed the guidelines. The screen I get (see below) is different than the one shown on the guidelines.

The third step of the instructions state:

On the payment page, change the country. In the following example, you change the country from United States to United Kingdom. 

If you are unable to change the country, contact us. 

This will start a chat with customer care and they can assist you further.
