Can a team buy stock credits and add them to a managed account?

My team has the current situation:

We have several Adobe for Enterprise Accounts all managed through a central instance. Is it possible for a individual to buy Credits and create a subset who can access them (A team within an organization). Does the buyer need to have access to the admin-console?

Hi @nwpc2,

Enterprise accounts aren't my area of expertise. I checked with my colleague and she said that this isn't possible. There isn't a feature that allows this for enterprise users.
