Could we use the Adobe Stock Premium image 309271507 with the Enhanced License for the book cover design without modifications? How should we give the photo credit? The print runs of the book will be under 10000 copies.

Hi Sophiag, as per the Stock Usage and licensing FAQ:

"Where can I use Adobe Stock assets?
You can use Adobe Stock assets, except for the ones marked “editorial use only,” in any creative project, such as print ads, brochures, presentations, posters, book covers, commercials, websites, and annual reports."

AND

"Do I need to add a photo credit?

We require a photo credit to be added only when using the image in an editorial article. When editorial images are used in print, websites, blogs, etc. you must include the credit line mentioned on the Adobe Stock website and contained in the IPTC credit line field. For example, “Agency Name/Author Name - stock.adobe.com"."

To answer short: You can use the image as a book cover and likely don't need to give photo credit.

Be sure to read section 8 of the terms, however:

Normally, if you look at a book, you have a page at the book's beginning, where all the (c) messages are printed. That's a good section to drop a line in if you think you should credit. Personally, I would credit, with or without an obligation.
