I want to add free stock music to my business video for commerical use on facebook and instagram. I got the free stock music license but its a code for youtube. What do I post on my fb/instagram vid so platform knows I have license to use stock music? PS: Yes I read terms & condition yet facebook flagged my video due to audio. How do protect myself using this free music for future social media post?
You've identified the problem. This is free for you, buy not generally free for anyone to use. So Youtube etc. need to be told that YOU have the right to use. This applies to all music on Adobe Stock, whether or not you actually pay for it. This page tells you how to deal with Youtube copyright claims for Adobe stock music you have a license for: https://blogs.adobe.com/creative/adobe-stock-audio-and-youtubes-content-id/

Free items can be used for commercial applications.
Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based reading and interpreting the license terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I can not rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee)

Where? What are the tools to object?
faceboock and instagram use probably automated programs or someone is marking your file as infringment. It's on their site and under their responsability where you need to take action. This also happens with paid content.

Adobe Stock does not offer free audio assets.
