Can I add a logo/text to stock photo for web?

Hi!

Could anyone help to clarify can I add a logo, initials or small text to Adobe Stock Photo for a website?

I mean there must be a certain license that permits it, with reasonable price? Cleary some images are just made for it.

For instance, I would like to use Word / Pages to add Company initials to this image's chalkboard.

Thank you for the help,
